We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application, feature, or service at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. Voluntary Support, Contributions & Strict No-Refund Policy

3.1 Gratuitous & Voluntary Nature

Any funds sent to Najeeb Puthiyapattillath—whether via Unified Payments Interface (UPI Payee VPA: najeebputhiyallam@oksbi), Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com/najeebputhiyapattillath), or other payment methods—are gratuitous, voluntary contributions provided to support independent software development, server costs, and free tool hosting.

3.2 Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a transaction has been initiated or completed, Najeeb Puthiyapattillath shall not issue any refund, reversal, chargeback, or credit under any circumstance whatsoever. This includes, without limitation:

• Accidental transfers, duplicate payments, or incorrect amount inputs made by the sender;
• Dissatisfaction with any free application, game, software, update, or feature;
• Sender change of mind, personal financial hardship, or buyer's remorse;
• Discontinuation, downtime, or deprecation of any app, website, or server infrastructure.

3.3 No Quid Pro Quo & No Obligation

Contributions do NOT constitute a purchase, sale, licensing agreement, investment, deposit, equity holding, or contract for work. Najeeb Puthiyapattillath is under no legal, contractual, moral, or financial obligation to pay, deliver, or provide anything in return to any contributor.

Specifically, sending a contribution does not grant you:

• Ownership, equity, shares, or profit-sharing rights in Najeeb Digital or any software product;
• Guarantees of custom feature requests, bug fixes, updates, or personal consulting;
• Dedicated customer support, SLAs, or priority commercial assistance;
• Exemption from any application terms, policies, or future modifications.

3.4 Verification of Payment Coordinates

Supporters are solely responsible for verifying the payment credentials before confirming any transfer. The authentic recipient information is:

3.5 Chargeback Defense & Fraud Prevention

Initiating a false dispute, fraudulent chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim with your bank or payment provider for a voluntary contribution made to Najeeb Puthiyapattillath is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit these Terms, server access logs, and transaction confirmations as binding legal proof of an authorized, voluntary, non-refundable gift.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of this website and related applications—including source code, games, graphic art, audio, visual characters, trademarks, logos, texts, and user interface designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of Najeeb Puthiyapattillath and are protected by applicable national and international copyright and trademark laws.
